Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 12, 2026

We want everyone to be able to browse this website comfortably, read the information and get in touch with us, including people with disabilities.

We have worked to make the website accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What we have done

  • The website has a clear structure with well-organized headings, so it is easy to navigate, including with a screen reader.
  • The entire website can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is clearly marked.
  • Every page starts with a "Skip to main content" link that lets you skip the menu.
  • Images have alternative text, and icon-only buttons have labels that screen readers announce.
  • Colors were chosen to provide sufficient contrast between text and background.
  • The website adapts to phones, tablets and computers, and you can zoom in without losing content.
  • The page language and text direction are set correctly, so screen readers read the text properly.
  • Form fields have clear labels, and error messages are announced to screen readers.

The accessibility menu

The website includes an accessibility menu (by UserWay). Click the icon in the corner of the screen to, among other things:

  • Enlarge text and adjust line spacing.
  • Increase contrast or switch to grayscale.
  • Highlight links and headings.
  • Switch to a more readable font.
  • Stop animations.
  • Enlarge the mouse cursor.

Browsers and devices

The website supports the latest versions of common browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox) on computers and phones, and common screen readers.

Known limitations

We keep improving the website's accessibility. Despite our efforts, you may find a part that is not yet fully accessible. Some links lead to external services (such as WhatsApp and social networks), whose accessibility is the responsibility of the companies that operate them.

If you run into a problem, we would be glad to hear about it so we can fix it.

Accessibility of the treatment location

Treatments take place on the first floor, which is reached by stairs. There is no elevator in the building.

If you need an accommodation, please contact us in advance and we will look into how we can help.

Accessibility contact

Have you encountered an accessibility issue, or do you have a suggestion for improvement? Please contact us and we will do our best to get back to you and resolve it promptly.
