Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This page explains in plain language what information is collected when you browse the website and contact us, what we do with it and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, as updated by Amendment No. 13, which came into force in August 2025, and its regulations.

The website and the Dsynapse business are operated by Dina Krinitsky, who is responsible for the information collected through the website.

What information is collected

  • Details you enter in the contact form: name, phone number, the treatment you are interested in and your message. Filling in the form is optional, but without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you.
  • Technical information automatically logged by the website's hosting provider when you browse, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. It is used only to operate the website and keep it secure.
  • The accessibility preferences you choose in the accessibility menu (such as text size), which are stored in your browser.

Cookies and analytics

The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel).

The UserWay accessibility menu stores your chosen preferences in your browser so they stay in effect on other pages, and may collect basic technical information to operate the service.

How the information is used

  • To get back to you, answer your questions and schedule treatments.
  • To operate the website, keep it secure and fix problems.
  • To provide the accessibility menu.

Sensitive information

Under the law, health information is considered "information of special sensitivity". There is therefore no need to share medical or other sensitive personal information in the form. Anything relevant to your treatment can be discussed in a personal conversation.

Who the information is shared with

We do not sell your information or share it with others for advertising. It is shared only with providers that help us run the website, and only as needed:

  • Make (by Celonis): an automation service that receives the contact form details and forwards them to us.
  • Google: the contact form details are stored in a spreadsheet with Google.
  • Vercel: the hosting service that runs the website and logs the technical browsing information.
  • UserWay: the provider of the accessibility menu.

Links to external services

The website links to WhatsApp and social networks. Clicking these links takes you to another company's service, where its own privacy policy applies.

Some providers' servers are located outside Israel, so your information may be stored outside Israel by providers that are committed to protecting it.

How long information is kept

Contact details are kept as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry and provide service, and are then deleted, unless the law requires keeping them longer. Technical information is kept by the hosting provider for a short period, according to its policy.

Information security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form details are sent through the server without exposing internal addresses to the browser. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you may:

  • Review the information kept about you.
  • Ask to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or outdated.
  • Ask to delete your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add a new service to the website. The current version will always appear on this page, with its update date.
