Terms of Service: WhatsApp Bot for Clinics

The bot answers questions based on the information the clinic provided: treatments, prices, opening hours, address and cancellation policy. It can collect an appointment request and pass it to the therapist. An appointment is set only after the therapist confirms it.

• The bot is a digital assistant, not a person. You can ask to talk to the therapist at any point.
• The bot does not give medical advice, does not diagnose and does not promise treatment results. For any medical question, consult a professional.
• The bot answers only from the information the clinic provided. If it has no answer, it passes the question to the therapist. Replies are generated with AI and may contain mistakes. The prices, availability and terms that apply are those the clinic confirms.
• The bot may not be used for abusive, sexual or unlawful messages. Such messages will be blocked.
• There is a daily message limit.

• The clinic is responsible for the information it gives the bot (prices, services, hours and terms) being correct and up to date, and informs Dsynapse AI of any change.
• The clinic is the data controller of its customers' information, and Dsynapse AI processes it on the clinic's behalf. The parties sign a data processing agreement.
• The clinic uses the bot in line with WhatsApp's and Meta's business policies, and does not send marketing messages through it without consent.
• Price and payment terms are set in a separate agreement, which also details Meta's WhatsApp messaging costs.

The service runs through external providers (Meta, Cloudflare and Anthropic). Outages or interruptions beyond our control may occur. In that case, customers can always contact the clinic directly.

Dsynapse AI acts reasonably so that the bot answers correctly and on time, but, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for damage caused by a mistaken bot reply, by incorrect information provided by the clinic, or by an outage at an external provider.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page, with its update date.
